This comprehensive coach education program is designed to prepare professional coaches in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 (with Level 1 add-on) standards.

The curriculum combines evidence-based coaching methodology, practical skill development, reflective learning, and mentor coaching to help students develop the coaching competencies required for professional coaching practice and future ACC/PCC credentialing.

Throughout the program, participants progressively develop the ability to coach ethically, confidently, and in partnership with clients while embodying the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

Program Structure

The Program offers two distinct educational tracks accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF):

Block 1 (Level 1 Add-on Track - 69 hours):

Designed for students seeking foundational skills and Level 1 completion.

Full Level 2 Program (Blocks 1 & 2 - 128 hours):

Designed for advanced mastery toward PCC-level competence.

    The program combines multiple educational formats to maximize competency development.

    Students participate in:

    Students receive written and verbal developmental feedback based on the ICF Core Competencies.

    Mentor Coaching

    The program includes 12 hours of Mentor Coaching delivered over a minimum period of three months, as required for ICF Level 2 programs.

    This includes:

    • 9 hours of group mentor coaching
    • 3 hours of individual mentor coaching

    Mentor Coaching focuses on helping participants integrate the ICF Core Competencies into their coaching practice through observation, feedback, reflection, and competency-based development.

    Observed Coaching Sessions

    Participants complete six observed coaching sessions during the program.
    Faculty members observe coaching performance using the ICF Core Competency framework.
    A minimum of three sessions include comprehensive written developmental feedback.

    Upon successful completion of the program participants will be able to:

    Assessment & Graduation Requirements

    To successfully complete the program participants must:

    Attend the required live training hours.
    Complete all mandatory learning assignments.
    Participate in Mentor Coaching.
    Complete all observed coaching sessions.
    Demonstrate coaching competency development.
    Submit a recorded coaching session with transcript for final performance evaluation.
    Successfully meet the internal assessment requirements aligned with the ICF ACC/PCC Minimum Skills Requirements.

    Certification

    Upon successful completion of all program requirements, participants receive a Level 2 (or level 1 add-on) Program Certificate, confirming completion of an ICF Level 2 (or Level 1 add-on) Coach Education Program and eligibility to continue the ACC/PCC credentialing pathway in accordance with current ICF requirements.
