Statement of Ethics, Integrity, and Sales Transparency
As an ICF-accredited training organization, LDR Business School strictly adheres to and actively promotes the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics (as revised April 1, 2025). We recognize that the ICF Code of Ethics establishes the core values, ethical principles, and standards of conduct that all professional coaches are required to uphold. We consider embodying these standards in everyday practice to be the foundation of the first ICF Core Competency: “Demonstrates Ethical Practice.”
Our organization operates under the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct as outlined by the ICF Code of Ethics. We commit to:
- Providing accurate, transparent information regarding program hours, faculty qualifications, track options, and accreditation requirements.
- Clearly articulating student progress criteria from Level 1 foundational competencies to Level 2 advanced PCC-level mastery.
- Maintaining absolute transparency regarding all program costs, evaluation criteria, and certification standards prior to student enrollment.
Our Commitment to Integrity
At LDR Business School, we believe that the path to becoming a coach begins with the highest level of personal and professional integrity. We hold ourselves to these standards and require the same of our instructors and program participants.
Transparency in Operations and Sales
We maintain full transparency in every interaction:
Ethical Marketing
We do not use manipulative, high-pressure, or misleading sales tactics. Our enrollment process is designed to be safe, supportive, and professionally transparent — ensuring that every prospective student makes an informed decision based on accurate and complete information about the program.
Fair Pricing
We are committed to setting fair and well-justified prices for all our programs. Our goal is to provide high-quality coach training that reflects the value of the profession while remaining accessible to a broad range of students.
Open Communication
We clearly and openly describe the measures we take to conduct our programs ethically. We provide complete documentation of program requirements, certification pathways, and student policies, leaving no room for ambiguity regarding the training process.
Accountability
We welcome dialogue on any matters concerning our ethical practices. If you have questions about our standards, or believe our actions are inconsistent with the ICF Code of Ethics, we encourage you to contact us directly through the official complaint procedure outlined in Section 10 of the Public Offer. We take all feedback seriously as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
1. Accurate Representation of Program Accreditation and Credentials
Our organization is committed to clear, ethical, and transparent marketing and communication practices in accordance with ICF Coaching Education standards.
Official Accreditation Designation
Our organization represents and advertises this training program strictly and exclusively as an ICF-accredited Level 2 program with an approved Level 1 Add-on. The organization does not represent itself as holding a separate, stand-alone Level 1 accreditation. All public, promotional, and sales materials accurately reflect this integrated Level 2 program structure.
Internal Track Selection
Prospective and enrolled students are informed that while the program is accredited under the unified Level 2 with Level 1 Add-on structure, individual students choose their internal learning track (completing Block 1 for the Level 1 Add-on Certificate or completing the full program for the Level 2 Certificate) based on their personal and professional goals.
Distinction Between Completion Certificates and ICF Credentials
We explicitly distinguish between program graduation issued by our school and individual professional credentialing granted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF):
Completion of Block 1 (Level 1 Add-on) or the Full Level 2 Program fulfills the educational, mentoring, and performance evaluation requirements for the corresponding ICF application pathways. Successful graduates receive an official Level 1 Add-on Certificate or Level 2 Certificate issued directly by our organization.
Individual credentials (ACC or PCC) are awarded exclusively by the ICF upon the applicant’s submission of required client coaching hours, successful completion of the official ICF Credentialing Exam, and full compliance with ICF eligibility requirements.
2. Clear Progression Standards and Curriculum Representation
Promotional and educational materials for Block 1 (Level 1 Add-on) focus on ACC Minimum Skills Requirements and foundational coaching competencies.
Promotional and educational materials for Block 2 (Level 2 Upgrade) focus specifically on ICF PCC Markers and advanced coaching mastery.
Marketing communications will not promise or guarantee individual ICF credentialing upon program completion, as credentialing remains under the sole authority of the International Coaching Federation.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Non-Discrimination Policy
Statement on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
As an ICF-accredited training organization, LDR Business School conducts its activities in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics (effective April 1, 2025). We actively integrate the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into our curriculum, interactions with learners, and organizational decision-making processes. We view these principles not as a formal requirement, but as the foundation of effective coaching practice.
Learners of LDR Business School live and work all over the world. We are an international organization united by a shared vision: coaching should become an integral part of a thriving society. As members of the ICF community, we uphold the core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, and respect. - Our organization does not support any behavior by employees, learners, volunteers, contractors, visitors, or suppliers that unjustifiably interferes with any person’s ability to learn in a welcoming and safe environment.
Participants wishing to report cases of discrimination may use the complaint procedure described in Section 10 of the Public Offer Agreement. LDR Business School promptly reviews all complaints and reports of inappropriate behavior in accordance with current ICF ethical standards.
